Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Bradenton

Melinda at Extended Stays was absolutely the best, she went above and beyond to help resolve a difficult situation, she brought peace of mind and relief to us and we cannot thank her enough for her amazing customer service skills and kindness! She set the tone for a great stay for us!

The room was very clean when I checked in. A week later was my cleaning day so I left with my dogs and was gone for over 4 hours. I came back to find the bed stripped and towels gone but nothing else had been cleaned. I reported the issue but there was no one available to clean. I requested sheets and towels and just made the bed myself. I couldn’t get any sense of when someone would clean my room so I gave up. And the cleaning ladies don’t speak English well so it was difficult to get what I needed for another week like toilet paper. Other than that my stay has been pretty comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Extended Stay America in Bradenton, Florida. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and feels like a home away from home. Everything is well-kept, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I want to give special kudos to Ms. Yolanda. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm personality truly make this place stand out. She not only greets guests with a genuine smile but also remembers her customers, making everyone feel valued and welcome. Her customer service goes above and beyond—she is a true gem and an asset to the hotel. If you’re staying in the Bradenton area, I highly recommend this location. Exceptional Service from Diane! I want to give special recognition to Diane at the Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Bradenton. Diane is truly outstanding and made my stay a wonderful experience from start to finish. She is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Diane has a warm, positive attitude and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Any questions or concerns were handled quickly and with care, and she made everything feel effortless. Customer service like Diane’s is rare these days. Extended Stay America Premier Suites is lucky to have someone so dedicated and hardworking. Because of her, this location stands out, and I would absolutely recommend staying here. Diane truly deserves a raise for the exceptional job be she does thank you Diane for making such a difference.

I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation and being so thankful for extended stay having such wonderful employees such as Yolanda, great customer service, very professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful to everything that we acquired and asking her she accommodated us in every way that we needed to be accommodated in making us feel more and more home away from home it’s experience like this that great staff that extended state has such as Miss Yolanda and Justin. I cannot stress it out enough thank you guys so much for making our stay the best.

My family recently stayed at Extended Stay America in Bradenton, FL. The staff, Tim and Elissa, were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and adequate for our needs. The only compliant would be the Breakfast Bar which was not always stocked to serve the guests. Besides that we highly recommend this hotel. The price was very reasonable.

Hotel has a great location with a Walmart in the same parking lot. Good restaurants within walking distance. Very easy and quick check in. The room was immaculate. Full sized refrigerator, microwave, and stove in the room. Clean sheets and towels. Very comfortable king sized bed with extra pillows. Nighttime desk service from Justin was fantastic. He was very friendly and helpful. Morning service from Kenyetta was great. She was very helpful and quick with the guests. Breakfast was great. Surprisingly good coffee and plenty of snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and it was just amazing. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that they clean the rooms every 7 days, so we did have to make our own beds and ask when we needed anything (toiletries, towels, etc), but other than that the hotel looks new and you have a stovetop in the room. I would recommend it!
